In the most dramtic cup final in recent memory. Pjs A defeated league champions Steps A 8-7. Steps A took the lead in the first leg goin ahead 4-3 at pjs pool hall. Second leg was held at the Stepping Stones. Steps A added to there lead winning the first 2 frames of the night making it 6-3. needing just 2 frames from the remaining 5 to win the title for the 3rd year in a row. But then the fightback began Pjs A won the next 4 frames taking the lead 7-6. the doubles frame was a tense affair with Steps A just scraping the win. So then the stage was set a 1 frame playoff in the final of the cup. Anthony Taylor captain of Pjs A stepped forward and so did Nick Wyre. With Anthony winning the toss he broke potting 4 balls had a great start to the frame. he chose to play safe. Nick then potted a yellow and then ont he following shot went in off, Leaving Anthony with 2 shots 2 clear 3 balls and he did so. Adding the league cup to his own personal and Pjs Acconmplishments. Awesome Final from all concerned.
